Esto\u00a0contribuye a desarrollar la competitividad de los participantes,\u00a0empleando lineamientos basados en est\u00e1ndares internacionales<br \/>\nde calidad as\u00ed como a cimentar su Chefs Chilenos\u00a0amateurs o profesionales, de escuelas de gastronom\u00eda, artes y<br \/>\nciencias culinarias de Am\u00e9rica, mayores de 18 a\u00f1os.\u00a0Pueden participar personas nacidas en otros continentes, siempre y\u00a0cuando est\u00e9n inscritas antes del 10 de octubre 2014 y cumplan\u00a0con los requisitos para poder participar.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\">La\u00a0Organizaci\u00f3n y supervisi\u00f3n del concurso estar\u00e1 a\u00a0cargo del Chef Mauricio N\u00fa\u00f1ez xx-small;\">Completar\u00a0Formulario de Inscripci\u00f3n : Para participar en el Concurso\u00a0Gastron\u00f3mico, enmarcado en la \u201cAURORA 2015\u201d, el \u00a0equipo concursante y el Rector o 17 de Noviembre 2015\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #996600;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b>Sede \u00a0del Concurso :<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\"><span style=\"color: #666633;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\"><b>Modalidad\u00a0:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\">El \u00a0concurso se efect\u00faa bajo la modalidad de \u201cCanasta\u00a0Cerrada Chilehalal\u201d entregada el d\u00eda 20 de Octubre 2015.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\">Los\u00a0concursantes desarrollar\u00e1n su creatividad y profesionalismo\u00a0durante el desarrollo del Concurso elaborando un plato principal\u00a0caliente con los ingredientes de la \u201ccanasta cerrada\u00a0Chilehalal\u201d, que contendr\u00e1 productos elegidos por la\u00a0Comisi\u00f3n Organizadora, teniendo en consideraci\u00f3n\u00a0incluir tambi\u00e9n productos nativos de Chile.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\">El\u00a0concursante (Un chef y su ayudante) dispondr\u00e1 de la canasta\u00a0al dirigirse a la estaci\u00f3n de trabajo asignada<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; orphans: 1;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\">Deben\u00a0ir vestidos con el uniforme de cocina y con el logo instituci\u00f3n\u00a0que representan<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\">El\u00a0concursante deber\u00e1 hacer uso obligatorio de los ingredientes\u00a0base de de la \u201cCanasta cerrada Chilehalal\u201d.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\">La\u00a0preparaci\u00f3n del plato deber\u00e1 ser \u00edntegramente\u00a0elaborada, dentro del horario y estaci\u00f3n de trabajo asignada.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\">La\u00a0preparaci\u00f3n deber\u00e1 llevar en forma obligatoria 2\u00a0guarniciones rigi\u00e9ndose por la estructura est\u00e1ndar de\u00a0un principal (un acompa\u00f1amiento a base de almid\u00f3n y<br \/>\nuno a base de vegetales) y una salsa.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\">El tiempo asignado para la preparaci\u00f3n para cada equipo no tiene\u00a0un limite preciso, solo lo sera para la se-mi final y final.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\">La\u00a0Comisi\u00f3n Organizadora preparar\u00e1 las canastas cerradas\u00a0para el concurso el d\u00eda anterior y revisar\u00e1 que las\u00a0estaciones de cocina, est\u00e9n igualmente implementadas con los \u00a0elementos b\u00e1sicos que requieren los concursantes.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\">Los\u00a0Concursantes deber\u00e1n presentarse con su uniforme institucional\u00a0completo y sus herramientas personales de trabajo.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\">La\u00a0Comisi\u00f3n Organizadora proporcionar\u00e1 a los concursantes\u00a0; Gorro de cocina desechable, Mascarilla desechable y Guantes\u00a0desechables.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\">La\u00a0Comisi\u00f3n Organizadora de la \u201c<b>AURORA 2015\u201d\u00a0<\/b>nomino al Chef Mauricio Nu\u00f1ez Diaz \u201cComisario\u201d\u00a0qui\u00e9n deber\u00e1 velar por el correcto trabajo de los\u00a0equipos participantes durante el desarrollo de la competencia,\u00a0observando las etapas de elaboraci\u00f3n y montaje del plato, as\u00ed\u00a0como tambi\u00e9n las conductas de higiene y manipulaci\u00f3n de<br \/>\nlos alimentos durante la preparaci\u00f3n. A solicitud del Jurado,\u00a0el Comisario podr\u00e1 informar aspectos t\u00e9cnicos\u00a0relevantes de un equipo concursante, para concretar una puntuaci\u00f3n\u00a0determinada, entre otras solicitudes del jurado. La comisi\u00f3n\u00a0organizadora queda facultada para el uso del material correspondiente\u00a0al Concurso \u2013 desarrollo de la preparaci\u00f3n, t\u00e9cnicas\u00a0aplicadas, montaje y presentaci\u00f3n para publicidad, promoci\u00f3n,\u00a0edici\u00f3n y otros fines del Concurso.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\" align=\"CENTER\"><span style=\"color: #996600;\">\u00a0<span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b>El\u00a0Concurso contempla 3 etapas :<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #996600;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>ETAPA\u00a01<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\"><span style=\"color: #666633;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\"><b>Lunes\u00a016 de Noviembre 2015 de 12h00 a 12h15 Horas.<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\">Presentaci\u00f3n\u00a0del Comisario<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\">Inducci\u00f3n\u00a0\u201cCocina de Competici\u00f3n\u201d, que tiene por finalidad\u00a0que los concursantes conozcan el Reglamento que se aplicar\u00e1\u00a0en el Concurso, los aspectos que se evaluar\u00e1n y los detalles\u00a0t\u00e9cnicos del mismo.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\"><span style=\"color: #666633;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\"><b>De\u00a012h15 a 12h30 horas :<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\">Presentaci\u00f3n\u00a0de la canasta sorpresa por parte del comisario.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\">Los\u00a0equipos dispondr\u00e1n de 30 minutos para entregar al Comisario\u00a0la ficha con el nombre de la preparaci\u00f3n y breve descripci\u00f3n\u00a0de la misma.
